Comments: I was referred to Crovetti & Dr. Michelin by a pain management doc. I had been diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I did PT which helped but the shoulders both flared up a few months later.
It turns out I had a right rotator cuff tear. I had surgery & Dr. Michelin also found a bicep tear.
Let me say how amazing Dr. Michelin’s team is. Chelsea is wonderful. Bree is a simply outstanding PA.
As I had been previously told I was not surgical I thought the pain I had been having made me feel crazy if I wasn’t surgical. I was. And Dr. Michelin truly listened to me & my areas of concern.
I’m going on almost 4 months post op & I feel really good. The surgery itself was really a piece of cake. Healing takes some time. I’m impatient & wish I could speed it up. But I’m following doctors orders. I’m starting the journey for the right shoulder. I don’t think I could trust anyone with a second surgery (if I need it) with anyone other than Dr. Michelin.
If you need a great shoulder/elbow specialist at a wonderful facility, run…don’t walk to see Dr. Michelin.
